Who We Are
With several members of our family having celiac disease, crohn’s disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBD) and other conditions related to gluten intolerances, we know first-hand how difficult it is to manage a strict and healthy diet. Many healthy foods are naturally gluten free, including fruits, vegetables, legumes, certain whole grains, dairy products, and oils, as well as fresh meat, fish, and poultry.
